Paul Whittaker Training week 29

Hi Everyone,

Hopefully i will be able to keep this going and give you all a brief insight into my training under the coach of Steve Jones.

I had a 5000m race in Oxford at the end of this week and it went pretty well running 14.19.

M. 8miles

T. 20mins w.up jog- 6x3mins hard, 2mins easy- 20mins w.down jog- pm- 6miles

W. 10miles 

T. 5miles

F. 5miles + strides

S. Am- 20mins easy- pm- 5000m BMC Grand Prix Oxford 14.19

S. 14miles

All easy runs are at 6min pace.
