I had a 5000m race in Oxford at the end of this week and it went pretty well running 14.19.
T. 20mins w.up jog- 6x3mins hard, 2mins easy- 20mins w.down jog- pm- 6miles
F. 5miles + strides
S. Am- 20mins easy- pm- 5000m BMC Grand Prix Oxford 14.19
All easy runs are at 6min pace.
