We say Judging by how well this shoe performed in icy, muddy conditions at the start of the year, it could almost double up as a trail shoe. Grip and stability were both very good indeed, and the full length cushioning made for a plush ride while keeping the shoe responsive. Suited to mild overpronators looking for a high mileage option.

The outsole iis made from an extremely flexible and light blown rubber which in addition to being durable, helps provide cushioning.

The show features a medial post located on inside edge of the shoe which helps prevent overpronation.  A medial post is made from a firmer and denser material than the bulk of the outsole and is designed to provide support to the foot in the arch area and reduce/slow down pronation (ie inward rolling) of the foot.
