Upper: Air mesh upper with synthetic overlays provides breathable support with increased durability. Air mesh tongue maximizes ventilation. High abrasion overlay across the toe box provides increased durability. Padded heel collar with Achilles notch.
Midsole: Heel and forefoot HydroFlowÂ®, dynamic viscous fluid units for heel and forefoot, enhance midsole cushioning - attenuating shock with industry leading dampening and comfort. Full length S-257â„¢, an exclusive Brooks midsole compound, decreases breakdown by 15% while providing excellent energy return and cushioning on every stride. MoGo Stomp Pad provides a soft cushy first feel that lasts-without sacrificing stability. In-house and third-party testing showed that in comparison with Substance 257â„¢, MoGo offers a 40% increase in cushioning, 22% more energy return and 33% less fatigue. Diagonal Rollbar (DRBÂ®) is a high density post at the medial arch that is engineered to control pronation and create a smoother transition from the midstance phase into the propulsion phase of the gait cycle.
