London Marathon - 14 weeks to go

So on the plan for this week was the following workouts - - 4 mile tempo run- 12 x 1min hills with 90sec jog down recovery- Park Run Time Trial! - 16-20 mile run depending on how i feel after the park run. Bit of a slightly easier week due to running 110 miles last week.
