London Marathon - 14 weeks to go

So on the plan for this week was the following workouts - 

- 4 mile tempo run

- 12 x 1min hills with 90sec jog down recovery

- Park Run Time Trial! 

- 16-20 mile run depending on how i feel after the park run. 


Bit of a slightly easier week due to running 110 miles last week. I will hopefully still be up to 90 miles approx after a long run Sunday.

I aim running a 5k hard this Saturday as i am coming to the end of my 5k/10k phase of training. The next phase is the half marathon phase, this will mean i can slow up my training paces slightly but i'll have to extend the length of workouts. The last 5 weeks i have been doing a lot of work at 4.20-5.00pace per mile.
